It’s Eon. Blocked them but they keep leaving blank voicemails. Scum.
Report this commentEon Asked me for my name and address, I told them that they should know it as they called me and asked them what the call was about. Some vague rubbish about billing/meters - I think I threw them off by actually being a bit nasty about getting to the point of the call, and telling them that my meter was a new one and didn't require replacement so I didn't understand why they were calling, why were they calling? Believe this was an overseas call centre from the person's accent and background noise. Unclear if scam or genuine as they did not ask for meter numbers or 'push' for other personal information. Eon, if you are reading this and it was you, you need to train your staff better as this sounded EXACTLY like a scam.
