    say message service from BT, not with BT and not know sender, hard to hear name mentioned, so hung up? it asked to push 1, so hung up as we have voice mail service on land line anyway ! which we trust.

    Believe this is a scam. Pretends to be a sms text message from BT. encourage one to dial a No 1 to access a message. Don't dial the 1 it takes you somewhere onknown.
