I was called by this number earlier and a recording left on my voicemail stated that my bank card had been used for an unusual transaction, and to press 1 to proceed or 2 to talk to a member of the team. This is the fourth such call in recent weeks, and on the first two occasions I phoned the numbers back and the phone had been hacked by fraudsters, so I expect that the same has happened in this case.
