This call came to me at 14:15 Tuesday 13/01/26 telling me of a charge of £900 on my VISA card. Giving no details other than the amount. I asked which bank, he said (Indian gentleman) he was from VISA not a bank, did I want the transaction stopped or continued, I told him to stop the transaction, he then said he would email me a form to complete, that's not how its done. Told him he should have all the details to be able to do it his end. I think he got flustered and rang off. I kept telling him I was having difficulty understanding him. I am assuming this was not a genuine call.
