Harassing call
Answered call, no-one there, then they hung up after 3-5 seconds. Clearly a scam call. Looked up number on several Phone number Lookup sites, to see it is most likely a scammer. Seems the number is newly created (read: newly spoofed), adding to suspicion. I don't bother calling the number back in case it is a premium number and I get charged an extortionate amount! Although I have no proof of my rating (since no-one spoke and made any assertions to be someone they are not), the indications are that I am right. You are better off just ignoring the call or blocking it, if you have a phone that is able to block numbers. That just saves you the annoyance of them repeat calling using that number!
