Computer generated number probably, a pause before answering me then what sounded like one of those phoney voice generated sounding voices that are a mixture of Asian & American. Apparently,someone had ordered something on Amazon on my account, (they haven’t) and a large amount has been paid from my bank account, ((again not true) so I ended the call and here I am informing you of the scam. I have lost count of how many of these calls I’ve had over the years, and I am getting really P****d off with them. It appears that not matter how many of these calls are reported absolutely no action is taken. This is an indictment of how useless the watchdog is in dealing with this major scamming both over the telephone & internet.
