Scam caller pretending to be O2, peddling a SIM card replacement scam to try and get access to [phone accounts/numbers. They have obtained part of your email from somewhere but do not seem to have the full email or any other details. As such, don't tell them your name, email or anything else. I kept them on the call for 18 mins running circles round them til they eventually released a barrage of "mother******", "b******", "pr***" on me before hanging up to the sound of my maniacal laughter. Mwahahaha
