Scammers. Pretended to be 3 Mobile offering a stupendous monthly deal plus gift. Once drawn in takes your bank details ‘for delivery’ then sets up an account with 02 for a top range phone. When the phone is delivered next day they call with a whoops sorry wrong label and they want it back. Sends a courier and if you hand over the phone you are screwed. I sussed it, reported it to O2 who warned me to not hand it over. Instead I handed the courier (an innocent and prepaid by them taxi driver who ended up travelling 200 miles) a chunk of brick. They were not happy. Tried to style it out with “we’ll put the police on you” yadda yadda. Go on then … and, block. I informed the police. They were amused but useless.
