Anonymous - Two calls from number this morning. Second time claimed to be from local council in Yorkshire. Wanting to send surveyor for loft insulation, and very urgent to book.

Anonymous - Very nicely spoken lady called claiming to be from a company called Thermotec based in St Albans. Knew we’d had foam insulation in loft. Very persuasive. I agreed to a surveyor visit but then couldn’t find the firm on internet search and realised number was an 020 one. Very suspicious.

Jacqui newton Darlington - Lady with a nice voice keeps calling my mam. Wanted to know if we have insulation (some type of spray insulation). Lady became aggressive Mam wouldn't answer her questions. put the phone down on her. Don't know if it's legit or as I can't find a company name on the internet......
