Totally silent I guess a marketing or scamming auto dialer I'll go with the latter trying maybe to get your bank details
Report an issue100% scam. Said they were calling from EE network with a 40% discount and asked me how much I was paying a month. I said if you are from EE you know how much I am paying a month. She then said that I know I should know but there's an error on my system so I need you to verify it?! Definitely NOT EE
