13 August, 2025, 1108 am. I took a call from someone calling himself Fenon(?). He said he was calling on behalf of the National Water Regulator and that we owed going back to 2017. I told him to write to me as as far as I was concerned he was nobody, he rang me so if he wrote to me I'd have some idea of who I was talking to when I rang. He said, "You're having a bad day", and hung up. Really professional if they were calling from a Regulator.
