Indian accent call centre left voicemail for accts but did not leave company name just a first name from the caller - Jennifer. When I called back to see who they were before passing on to accounts, the person answering didn't say the name of the company and said they needed name of the person leaving the message. I then got passed to this so called Jennifer and only when I asked for the company name she told me it was Easy To Switch. I then told her we were not interested as we have a consultant who deals with our amenities and to take us off their system.
