Young lady called and asked to speak to MD by name. When I explained he wasn't in until tomorrow she said she'd call again tomorrow and to tell him that WCG had called. I'm very doubtful that this would mean anything to him and is just a way of trying to make the call sound more genuine.
wont take no for an answer said they had spoken to owner but hadnt said he would not take the call but insisted he spoke to the owner.had to put the phone down in the end.
