Seems to be a scam call. I called back, some guy said he was from credit safe(I think?) said he was calling because i have an outstanding loan. I said no I don't. he said, "nothing? maybe credit card? bills? loans? etc?" and i said "what's going on here are you trying to guess if i have any outstanding loans now? you just said you already had a reason you were calling" and he hung up. Don't trust.
