I think this is a scam number. Be careful. I blocked it after calling it back: it was a missed call. An automated voice says 'Energy Dept' without specifying which agency/ organisation/ company and says to press '1' to speak with someone. Only one option - which is suspicious. Plus the line seemed crackly or echoey. I got a bad feeling from phoning the number.
