This number called my phone now asks who it is and the nature of the call she said Georgia at Cadence as I had been in contact recently to these I rang back to be answered by a robot saying it was a survey company I blocked them

They are a cold calling utilities company, so the rating is automatically negative in my book. It's also never a good sign when their first words are 'how are you', it's just a sales tactic to engage you in conversation, and make it more awkward to exit the call, same thing you get with 'chuggers' on the high street
