It is legitimate, if you need a cheap will written by a para legal. The problem with any will is possibly faulty. The person who paid for it is not available, to defend against the explanation that “this is what my client instructed me to do”. I have been an executor for 5 estates. All of them bar one created financial or legal difficulties, because the will did not foresee the future or the firm of solicitors/accountants doing the paper work made mistakes.
