And also a security code from microsoft, which in fact gave them access to my outlook email account. Then i got cold feet after searching online about scams. They persistently called me and i blocked calls and they call from other numbers too: 01555487057 01505329033 01779591209 01555487238 Managed to regain access to my email and saw they were in the process of setting up a new mobile account with Sky Mobile, which thankfully got cancelled as I had stopped giving them any further information.
