I had a phone call , today, from (01756699566) at 16.28pm about my Kitchen appliances and was asked if all working ok? As will send paperwork in next 2 - 3 days. Then I was asked if could let them know what make my washing machine was. I informed them that didn't know off the top of my head, but they tell me what it was they had it down as! They were prepared to wait whilst I had a look. Told them was in the middle of something and couldn't. Yet if they still sent me the paperwork and if not correct would amend it. I thanked them and put the phone down!! I then telephoned the above number and it said that was 'My telephone surveys'

Allegedly from Northern Power Grid. French accent, very noisy background. Didn’t let them tell me what they want me to do before I hung up. They then phoned back but I told them to write to me.
