This is one of a string of phone calls I'm getting right now from similar numbers. Person called "Jo", calling from "the Energy Company". Said she was calling people in my area, and tried to start asking questions about my insulation. I asked which area she covered to determine exactly how much information she had, she talked over me, asking her questions just a "little bit" louder. I asked again which area, and she hung up on me mid-question. Blocked.
