I think this was a scam call ,pretended to be from age UK . Offering a survey free of charge against mould and condensation . I have noticed in these type of call they give time to answer a question ,eventually you can tell it is pre-recorded as if you happen to talk a little bit longer or offer some sort of explanation or even asked a question out of context the recording will carry on talking over you not taking any consideration whatsoever of your question or comments . This is a scam .
