phone rang from this number. I did not answer and no message was left. So I've blocked it

Did not identify themselves on pick up. Kept trying to get me to confirm if I could hear them. I no longer speak on phone calls from numbers I dont recognise due to voice cloning. The lack of "hello I'm calling from x" earnt them an immediate hang up and block.
