i had a call from this number today. An Asian sounding voice asked me to confirm name and address. The address the voice gave for me to confirm was my previous address that I moved from just over 11 years ago. he asked if these details were correct, I said "No". he asked which details were incorrect I told him the address. i refused to give my current address as he had not told me who he was or who he was calling on behalf of. after asking who he was a third time he said "bye" and cut me off. I have blocked this number!
