When called back just states "welcome to energy dept" it wants you to go through pressing buttons to speak to someone. I pressed 1 as asked but kept repeating press 1 to speak to an advisor. Sounds like you are speaking to a dalek. I suspect it is a spam call. Unfortunately I was unable to get a response to be able to give further information.

Telephoned this morning, I missed the call, they rang back a foreign woman said they were a money advice team, obviously a scam, hung up and blocked number anyone else should do the same.
