Asian sounding lady rang on my deceased partners mobile from a very noisy call centre (could barely hear what she was saying for the noise) but general gist of call was offering me 50% reduction on my EE bill! I assumed it was a scam and I'm pretty unimpressed with EE anyway so I told her I wasn't interested and not to call again. Have now blocked number as I don't know of any Asian call centres in Basingstoke.

This number has rung over 50 times today. I'd call that harassment.
