COGNOSCENTI - Scam call. Rang off after less then 30 secs. Called it back and got a robot with a fake announcement 'welcome to Energy Dept (sic)' . Terrible English helps to give it away. Cut me off after I pressed '1' to talk to an advisor - obviously a fraud.
