This is an NHS Leicester number shown by them on some outgoing calls. Ringing it back gives a message including something like "Don't worry, you will be contacted again".

Call centre background noise. Female knew my name. Claiming to be from "Eagle House" (?) about energy grants available to UK home owners. Told her we were TPS registered and she shouldn't be calling and I suspected a scam - which she denied (obviously)...
